A recently refurbished traditional old farmhouse it is ideally located in delightful countryside with panoramic views, yet close to the charming fishing village of Burgau and its facilities.

The farmhouse is set in its own grounds of 5 acres with fig, olive, almond trees and grapevines. The coastline from Burgau is spectacular and the area is a nature lovers paradise, abounding with flora & fauna.

Quinta das Estrellas has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom.
Large family room containing kitchen, dining and lounge area with Satellite TV.
The Kitchen area is newly fitted and well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, toaster and dishwasher.

A south facing terrace enjoys country views towards Burgau village. There is a Barbeque, table and chairs for outdoors eating and relaxation.

Plus an external laundry house containing washing machine and drier.

A swimming pool is available at the nearby Burgau Sports centre, which also offers sports facilities and children's activities Set within a natural reserve it is a perfect place for bird watching and painting.

Other activities available locally include 4 golf courses, beauty salon, gym, horse riding, scuba diving, archery, deep-sea fishing, boat trips, jeep safaris, tennis and wonderful walks on inland paths and coastal cliffs.

Nestling on a hillside Quinta das Estrellas is perfectly located for a peaceful retreat. The picturesque village of Burgau with cobbled streets rising steeply from the pretty sandy beach is a small resort with lots of character. Here are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops to choose from. The historic and scenic town of Lagos is just 15 minutes away by car.

PETS - resident horse and pony + 2 chickens - so sorry no pets.

BEACH - easy 10 minute walk to Burgau beach. Many more beautiful beaches easily accessible by car all along the coastline.

AIRPORT - (approx times) Faro 1 hr, Seville 3 hrs, Lisbon 3 hrs

CAR HIRE - recommended but not essential. A local bus service is available from Burgau village. Car hire can be arranged.

PRICE NOTES - The rental charge is based on 7 nights for up to 4 people. Discounts can be arranged for long-term lets.

BOOKING NOTES - 50% deposit required on booking.

 


ACCOMMODATION NOTES - all linen and towels are provided (except beach towels). Maid service is provided once a week to clean the house and change the linen. All rooms are spacious and charmingly furnished.

Extra maid service is bookable if required.
