Directions from Faro:

Follow signs out of Faro Airport towards Portimâo & Lagos.

Take the coastal road all the way to Portimâo IP1, then N125 (approx. one-hour journey). Between Portimâo and Lagos you will pass Mexilhoeira Grande. The next village is Odiàxere which you will not have to enter.

On your left-hand side you see a football field and there is a sign "VALE DA LAMA" before an orange flashing signal. Turn left and follow the sign.

You follow the road to the end approx. 4km.At the very end you will find yourself right next to the train tracks, and there are some garbage containers.

The dirt road going to the right is the one to follow until you reach "Monte dos Amores" on your left hand side. You can't miss the sign at the gate and the impressive yellow villa with the tennis court next to it.

In case you get lost go back to the village Odiàxere. On first entering the Village on the left hand side you will pass "Cacto" restaurant. Ask for either Suzy or Wim they know me and will give you directions to MDA.
